Assembly 1st & 2nd Shifts
Must be able to assemble products with established standards using hand & assembly tools, follow instructions from work orders, prints and verbal orders. Five or more years Experience preferred.

Honing/Lapping and general Bridgeport. 5+ years experience preferred.
Must be capable of producing assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions. Must be able to read and understand blueprints & set-up sheets. Must inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
Ability to use hand/motorized Deburr equip. & work to fine finishes req. by customers. Must be able to work independently w/minor supervision. 5+ yrs. exp. deburring complex aerospace parts. Full time position.

Must be capable of set up, operation and inspection of parts on 5-axis CNC lights-out machining centers. Must be able to work independently w/ minor supervision. 2+ years of previous experience with complex aerospace components preferred.
Reads and interprets blueprints & specifications to accurately program machinery
Performs troubleshooting procedures for problem machinery
Documents programming information for each job in an accurate manner
Conveys programming information to operations in detail prior to production
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum of 5 years of machining
3 years of manual programming experience
Aerospace experience preferred
Experience in Excel is a plus
Should have a good understanding of CAD/CAM systems (such as Mastercam, Catia, Cimatron, etc.) and be familiar with manually editing programs using text editors.

Quality Inspector – Responsible for conducting final inspection of complex aerospace parts. Two or more years’ experience preferred, DSQR certification a plus.
