CNC Machinist (2nd shift)

Operates CNC machinery: Mills and Lathes

Job Duties
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as operating instruction and document drawings.
  • Accurately adjust machine speeds and feeds.
  • Must be proficient in set-up and operation of CNC Miils and Lathes
  • Ability to do math conversions for material and machine usage as well as inventory control.
  • Requires strong attention to detail, safety consciousness and concern for quality work.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Requires the ability to make independent decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment used: Matsuura Mills, Vertical & Horizontal, 3, 4, 5 Axis with Yasnac and Fanuc Controls with little to no assistance.
  • Basic computer skills required, will train as necessary.
  • Trains and instructs other employees as directed
  • Prefer Machine Center and Turn Center capabilities
  • May perform other duties as requested
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift (Monday – Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm with $1/hr shift premium) and open to overtime in evenings and weeks, as business needs.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of previous machining experience preferably in aerospace.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of at least 1 or more product lines.
  • Requires good eye/hand coordination and the ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Great attendance record

  • Standing for long periods up to 90% of the time
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Assembler (1st shift)

This position must follow and adhere to specified departmental inspection, testing and quality standards and procedures. Responsible for the replenishment of workstation materials and inventory control of the parts used on the assembly lines. Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of failed product.

Job Duties
  • Assembles parts
  • Reworks assemblies
  • Performs functional testing
  • Performs leak testing
  • Performs pressure testing
  • Identifies parts by marking methods
  • Must be able to read and interpret blue prints
  • Interprets Manufacturing Operation and Tooling (MOT)
  • May perform other duties  as requested
  • May require soldering (training and certification provided)
  • Performs a variety of in-process inspections to provide early detection of deviation to specifications and conformance to quality standards
  • Performs final inspection to specification
  • Verifies and documents inspection results
  • Replenishment of parts for workstations
  • Cycle counting and inventory control of parts located on assigned assembly lines
  • Maintain Quality standards and Objectives
  • Support 6S and other Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Trains and instructs other employees as directed
  • Work with the Process Team Leader and MFG Engineers to continuously improve the Work Instructions and assembly processes
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 1st shift, M-F, 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. citizen or resident status
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous assembly experience preferably in aerospace
  • Must be able to read/speak English in order to understand test specifications and assembly instructions
  • Must be able to interpret a blue print and MOT’s.  Uses shop math
  • Basic knowledge of electro/mechanical principles is preferred
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of at least 1 or more product lines
  • Basic computer skills required, will train as necessary
  • Requires good eye/hand coordination and the ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instruction and document drawings
  • Ability to do math conversions for material and machine usage as well as inventory control
  • Requires strong attention to detail, safety consciousness and concern for quality work
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and requires the ability to make independent decisions to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Must be able to interpret a blue print and/or MOT’s
  • Uses shop math
  • Must be able to accurately adjust machine speeds and feeds
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of at least 1 or more product lines and utilizing GD&T
  • Basic computer skills required, will train as necessary
  • Requires good eye/hand coordination and the ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as operating instruction and document drawings
  • Ability to do math conversions for material and machine usage as well as inventory control
  • Requires strong attention to detail, safety consciousness and concern for quality work.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Requires the ability to make independent decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Trains and instructs other employees as directed
  • May perform other duties as requested
  • Prefer Machine Center and Turn Center capabilities
Job Requirements

FAA Repair & Overhaul Technician (2nd shift)

Inspection, builds, teardown and repairs of hardware from various ADM Operations customers. Communicates with repair technicians, management and may interact with customers periodically.

Job Duties
  • Assembles precision parts
  • Tearing down and repairing cable wire harnesses
  • Identifies parts by marking methods
  • Performs Electrical/leak tests
  • Reads and interprets drawings and CMM’s
  • Builds, teardown and repairs
  • Inspects product from raw material to final machined part
  • Inspects product in accordance with ADM Operations processes and procedures, customer ORI’s, CMM’s, etc
  • Generates inspection documentation as dictated by ADM Operations, customer and regulatory agency requirements
  • Trains and instructs other employees as directed
  • May perform other duties as requested
Job Requirements
  • 2nd shift (M-F, 2:30pm – 11:00pm, OT as needed)
  • US Citizen or resident status
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Cable wire harnesses experience strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years assembly experience, aerospace preferred, not required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Great attendance record
