Our Centers of Excellence are based in the USA and Mexico. We machine hard metals and aluminum alloys, perform sheet metal fabrication, titanium hot forming, produce assemblies and provide supply chain management in support of our products. Continuous Improvement

The primary focus of our Continuous Improvement (CI) program is to provide premier customer service and offer the best value to all of our customers.

Our first priority is developing a culture of zero defects by implementing the Quality Clinic concept and ensuring problems are identified and solved in the most efficient way possible. Shop floor metrics allow us to implement data driven problem solving using the standardized Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) problem solving methodology. All Centers of Excellence have been trained and are implementing these concepts today. We are also very focused on identifying and implementing mistake proofing ideas and concepts to make sure we have the most effective and repeatable processes possible.

All Centers of Excellence are using Lean improvement tools such as 5S, SMED, TPM, VSM and Kanban to stabilize and standardize our manufacturing and business processes. We use flow and pull tools and techniques to reduce our lead time with the goal of delivering perfect quality 100% on time with the best possible value. We have held Kaizen improvement events with our customers and suppliers to identify and implement the best possible processes. Our goal is to have brilliant processes through our businesses that connect us seamlessly with our suppliers and our customers.

We have Design to Cost (DTC) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFX) experts at the companies that want to work with our customers to improve product flow and reduce costs. Our experts understand the processes and know how to apply the tools and techniques to achieve maximum benefit.
